Q – I have smoke-soot damage, what can I do before you get here?
A – Vacuum, wipe counter tops, table tops, tub & sink. Do not try to clean walls, ceilings. Wetting some surfaces will make them uncleanable.
Q – How soon can you get here?
A – We will respond within 24 hrs for evaluation, most times sooner.
Q – Do you network or hire other companies to do cleaning?
A – All our employees are in house. We network with other companies for specialty work.
Q – What if the smoke odor returns?
A – All work is guaranteed. (When work is done properly-Odor is not a problem)
